Community Nominated Targets proposal system
The PSI:Biology Network invites the community to benefit from its facilities and nominate proteins for structural determination. Participating centers are accepting proposals of collaboration for X-ray crystallography or NMR projects for protein structures of high biological significance. Such projects can include novel proteins, complexes, ligand-bound structures, and membrane proteins.
Please contact one of the participating centers above and discuss your project with them prior to submitting your proposal. Accepted proposals will adhere to PSI policies on data sharing, including deposition of coordinates to the PDB for immediate release. Note that while the centers will make good faith attempts to obtain a structure, a successful result cannot be guaranteed.
